A Copyright is the right (permission) to make copies and reproductions. Who owns the copyrights to images created by Dale Horkey and Photoprose PhotoGraphics? Photoprose (the studio). All images shown on this website are copyrighted, regardless of a displayed watermark on the image. We retain the right to make copies and reproductions of all the images we create of you, your family, your event, your product, your business, your wedding, the public event or location we cover as a creative endeavor. We retain our copyright throughout our contract with you and far into the future. Our express written permission is required for you to duplicate or copy and image created by Photoprose or Dale Horkey. This includes copystations, laser copiers, computer scans, or photo kiosks. We are in the business of creating new images and selling them for profit. We do not relinquish the copyright when you purchase copies of our work unless you, the client, agree to purchase the copyrights from us. At that time, we will provide you with digital negatives or files and a letter containing express written permission for Release of Copyright.
