What are copyrights? They are the right to make copies and reproductions of the images created by Photoprose PhotoGraphics. Who owns them? We (the studio) do. What does this mean? It means we retain the right to make copies and reproductions of all the images we have created of you or your event throughout your wedding contract and for many years into the future. Our express written permission is required for you to duplicate or copy any image created by our studio. This includes copiers, copy stations, laser copiers, or computer scans. We only relinquish copyright by the purchase of the entire folder of digital files.
